Ziplip's Growth Fuels Move to New Premises
Move Provides ZipLip with Significant Additional Space Needed Due To Ongoing Growth

Santa Clara, CA. December 15, 2005 - Ziplip, Inc., the leader in the email archiving and compliance industry, announced today that it is moving to a new location in San Jose, California to meet its growth requirements. With a rapidly increasing client base and expanding team of employees, Ziplip has outgrown its current offices for the second time in less than two years. The larger premises will enable Ziplip to better serve its existing clients and provide an environment conducive to the expansion of Ziplip's leading-edge products and services.

ZipLip extended its portfolio of successful email archiving and compliance, file management, and secure email products earlier this year with the launch of its Enhanced Discovery Module. On top of prior basic discovery tools such as Advanced Search with Proximity and Context Sensitivity Matching, the Discovery Module offers greater granularity and refinement of searches according to use within sentences, paragraphs, and whole documents.

This year also saw the release of ZipLip's easy-to-use email archiving "Compliance Appliance" for Broker Dealers, Registered Investment Advisors and Asset Managers. With the advanced email search and retrieval capabilities, and the enhanced policy control of the ZipLip Unified Archival Suite, the Compliance Appliance allows smaller firms to comply with SEC, NYSE, and NASD regulations for email retention at a fraction of the cost of a typical enterprise solution.

Additional ZipLip features include: Auto-Categorization and Search Metadata, which utilizes rules and a policy engine to automate a firm's ability to dynamically categorize emails based on their contents, attachments, and headers; Simultaneous Cross-Alias Searching (Email address, IM ID, Bloomberg) which enables companies with multiple mailboxes and IM accounts per user to avoid multiple, discrete searches; and Disclaimer-Auto Exclusion, which streamlines ZipLip's pre and post-review functionality by preventing language used in disclaimers from being flagged for review.
