Globally Redundant, Integrated, and Distributed (GRID) computing from ZL Technologies is the most scalable architecture for information management through which Unified Archive® fully utilizes cloud and virtualization infrastructures. Leveraging clusters of servers, the ZL computing GRID enables commodity servers to work together as a low cost super computer. The benefit of the GRID is that it can seamlessly manage work and redundancy across an arbitrary number of servers, expanding or contracting as business tasks necessitate.
